Conference Dining Ordering Policy
- Includes drop-off and pick up at the specified location.
- Minimum requirements cannot be modified.
- All orders must be placed on Catertrax.
- Orders must be placed, modified, or cancelled 48 hours prior to service.
Conference Dining Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 24 hours or less incurs 100% charge
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours incurs 50% charge
- Cancellation before 48 hours incurs no charge.
- Pop-up orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To cancel your order, click “Request Changes” then type “Cancel my order” in the “Special instructions Box”
Events Terms and Conditions and Ordering Policy
- Orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to event date.
- Events are subject to staffing and equipment charges.
- A final guaranteed guest count is required five business days prior to the day of the event. After this, head count cannot be reduced.
- Client will be charged for the final guaranteed guest count or actual guest count, whichever is higher.
- Use “Request Changes” in Catertrax for updates.
To ensure the highest quality experience for your event, we require a 2-week advance order. This lead time allows us to optimize logistics, staffing, and product availability for your specific needs.
Any Event order placed after the 2-week lead time is considered a Pop-up Event:
- Small Pop-ups (under 50 guests): Please place your order using our designated pop-up order process. We will do our best to fulfill your request based on current product availability. Please note that Chef modifications may be necessary for these smaller events.
- Larger Pop-ups (50 guests or more): Please place your order and contact us directly to discuss your event requirements. We will work with you to determine feasibility and provide a quote. Please note that Chef modifications may be necessary.
- Pop-ups cannot be cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate modifications.
Important Note: Staffing, licensing, and equipment fees apply to all events. Pricing will be customized based on your specific event needs.
Events Cancellation Policy
- For a full cancellation that will incur no charges all Events must be cancelled five business days in advance.
- If cancellation deadline is missed and client cancels 48 hours before the event, equipment, labor, and fees will be charged at cost. Food and beverages will be charged according to our current cancellation policy.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or less incurs 100% charge for food & beverage and equipment, labor, and fees at cost
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours incurs 50% charge for food & beverage and equipment, labor, and fees at cost
- Cancellation before 48 hours incurs no charge for food & beverage but equipment, labor, and fees will be charged at cost

Pop-up Process
- Place order for next available date.
- Email us with Order Number.
- Pop-up orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Valid Forms of Payment
- Complete, valid, and approved US Cost Center.
- Valid Credit Card.
Helpful hint: Add methods of payment to your Online Wallet for an easier process on your next orders
To update your online wallet on Catertrax, follow these steps:
- Go to "My Account" and select "Manage Online Wallet".
- Choose the type of payment method you want to add (e.g., credit card).
- Complete the required information.
- When placing an order, your favorite payment methods will be available for quick checkout.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
- Please advise of dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies in advance.
- We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and special requests with proper notice.
- We can offer support and guidance with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, crustacean shellfish, eggs, milk, wheat, or soy allergies.
- Please be advised that we are not a vegan, vegetarian, Kosher, or allergen-free kitchen.
- We do take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contact. However, we cannot guarantee that anything we serve is free from these allergens.
